3 Country

3 Country was a short lived program that aired on WSTM, Channel 3 in Syracuse, NY, in 1980 and 1981. Ironically enough, only 3 episodes ever aired of 3 Country. The host, Vic Wright, would travel to some of the more "country" sections of Upstate New York to film some interesting, and sometimes a little bizarre, segments. I've included some of the more entertaining clips on this page.

Episode 1 - August 29, 1980

"By The Old Mill Stream" - Vic Wright visits a factory that makes flour and the famous New Hope Mills pancake mix:

"A Voice Up North" showcases the Boonville radio station WBRV, AM 900:

"Sweet Hickory" - Vic Wright enjoys some smoke house meats from the Sterling Smokehouse in Sterling, NY:

"Main Street" shows some of the unique things to do in Seneca Falls, NY:
